Today we can offer a wide range of quality products for horse and rider.

The customer approves KAPSON Horse and Riding Equipments terms and conditions when ordering.
We invoice in SEK (Swedish Krona).
For countries outside the European Union Kapsonequestrian.com do not add any VAT but local VAT and customer duties will be added by the recieving country´s customs and payed to them by tthe customer to recieve the merchandise.

Ordering Process
Tracking and ordering
On the product pages you can view the products at leisure. By clicking with your mouse on the product picture, you can recieve more information about the product. If you want to order the product, click on ‘BUY'. If you want to order the product, make sure to choose the right size or color before clicking ' BUY'. The article will automatically be placed in your shopping cart. You can then either go to the check out page by clicking 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT' or continue shopping by clicking 'KEEP SHOPPING' and add more items to your cart.
By clicking 'BUY' or by clicking on 'Cart', you will be linked through to the check out page.
During the ordering process you might recieve a recommendation of items by us. You are free to decide if you want to add these items to your shopping cart or not.
If you would like to browse more through our collection, click on ‘KEEP SHOPPING’. If the order is complete, click on ‘CHECK OUT’. Consequently, you can enter your personal details. By clicking 'Continue to shipping method' and on the following page on 'Continue to payment method' you'll arrive at the payment page. Here you can choose your payment method and consequently fill out the payment data.
As soon as you click on ‘Place order’ your order will be sent to kapson equestrian.com and you will get an automatic orderconfirmation. Your order will be processed as soon as we have recieved your payment. We will let you know by e-mail when your order will be shipped from our warehouse.
In conclusion, we’d like to warn you that the representation of colours on a computer screen could slightly differ from the colours of the product.

Payment Options
Bank Transfer.
On the orderconfirmation you will find our BIC/SWIFT information that you use for the bank transfer. When we have recieved the payment we ship your order.
Credit card/PayPal.
We use Paypal as payment provider for secure payments.
When you choose Credit card/Paypal you will be redirected to Paypal for secure payment. You can either pay directly by card or log in to Paypal and pay by Paypal account. When we ship your order the money is withdrawn from your account.
Delivery
We will ship your order within two to five working days after recieving your payment. Shipping will be done by various logistic companies, which normally deliver within five working days to the delivery address within Europe and ten working days outside of Europe.
After recieving your payment we will inform you by e-mail that your order has been shipped with tracking number. You can then track your parcel to your location.
Shipping cost
The shipping costs vary per country and are based on the combined weight and size of the items in your order. The shipping costs reflect the actual costs made for packaging, shipping & handling. The total amount is stated on the overview in your shopping cart.
Transport damaged goods
If a product is damaged in transit, whether the damage is clearly visible or hidden, this should be notified to the shipping company and to us immediately. Usually, the recipient makes the notification because he or she has the damaged package
Returns
Kapson Horse and Riding Equipment does everything in its power to deliver a perfect product. However, in case you are not satisfied with all or any part of your order, you can return the item(s) within 14 business days from the date of delivery. Before any return Kapson Horse and Riding Equipment Horse and Riding Equipment shall be contacted. The return policies apply only for countries which are a member of the European Union
